Helper class for running the forward pass. Lets you specify and run using a fluent design.

There is one instance, handed out again by every call to JacobianChainGraph.forward, so use it and run it in one expression. Holding onto one across a second call leaves both names pointing at the later graph

      Provides an input for the specified chain. This is only done with the chain has input dependencies already specified by the graph

      Runs every block in the order worked out by JacobianChainGraph.GraphConstructor.fixate(). A chain left without an input is caught when its first block is reached
      Parameters:
      output - Storage for the graph's output. If null the final block is skipped
